Mom's really starting to get nervous as the time passes. We're now waiting for the anesthesiologist to come and make things 'better'. |

It has started |

As the clocks show in the previous photo, it's been a little while since the last photo. We've gone from the 'waiting' room into the operating room. And the anesthesiologist took some time to put in the spinal tube for her epidural. |

Jo was really reacting to her surroundings at this point. She had gotten her anesthesia and was just waiting for it to take affect. While she lay there a lot was obviously going through her mind. But the anesthesiologist gave her something else to help calm her down shortly after this. |

She had two female surgeons and they were just great (left and right.) The other person is the surgical nurse. |

That's our nurse in the background. She was actually assigned to Ramona to help prep us and in recovery. The other nurses were there for other specific purposes. |
